Makita recently launched their new 12V tool line, called the 12V max CXT. We got a glimpse of the tools at last year’s media event. The initial lineup of Makita’s first brushless tools in the 12V category include driver-drills, a hammer driver-drill, impact driver, reciprocating saw, and 3 3/8in. circular saw.
The 12V max CXT tools are available as tool-only, as well as in kits with 2 Ah batteries. 4 Ah batteries are also available. Both batteries include onboard LED fuel gauge.
