In Tools of the Trade, editor Chris Ermides reports that the M12 Crown Stapler, which was made to fire T-50 staples, is a nice upgrade from a manual hand-stapler … Unlike an Arrow pneumatic stapler–which jammed on him nearly every 15 shots–and a PowerShot–which broke within two sleeves of staples–the Milwaukee never missed a shot while he was installing insulation batts. It not only didn’t jam on the job, but Ermides couldn’t get it to jam even when he tried.

The Milwaukee cordless stapler weighs about 3 pounds with a 1.5Ah battery. The belt hook is reversible; rubber bumpers on the sides help protect finished surfaces when the stapler is placed on the side opposite the belt hook.
