Over the years, Tim Uhler has tried a lot of different work pants. He wore Carhartt for years, then switched to Duluth Flex Firehose pants (and even bought those for his crew). Back in 2012, he was introduced to Blaklader, but the kneepads didn’t line up well, and he felt like he was wearing shin guards and heading out to play soccer.
More recently, Uhler has discovered three new Euro-style pants designed with more pockets and with sleeves on the inside for kneepads that keep them in place. These are made with a heavier-duty cloth at wear points and reinforced stitching, making them more durable than other work pants he’s tried in the past. Plus, he admits, they look really cool.
