HomeAdvisor and Angie’s List have entered into an agreement to form a new publicly-traded company, to be called ANGI Homeservices Inc. The combined business, which will maintain both Angie’s List and HomeAdvisor brands, is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2017. HomeAdvisor currently consists of a network of more than 156,000 service professionals, with another 55,000 in the Angie’s List network.
