Writing in our sister publication, Tools of the Trade, carpenter Chris Klee took the opportunity to review the PLS 5G green dot laser. Green lasers are all the rage right now, as they are purportedly more accurate and easier on the eyes than red ones. The 5G came right as Chris’s jobs were slowing down, so he had time to put the laser through a variety of tasks related to a basement frame-out and to a smaller trim job.
The upshot? The PLS 5g “measured up.”
