Festool Adds New Circular Saw to Lineup

Framing carpenter Tim Uhler tried out Festool’s new HKC 55 EB cordless circular saw recently and liked it so much that now he leaves his table saw and sliding compound miter saw packed away in his shop when he goes to the jobsite. The saw works either with or without the companion FSK guide rails, which come in varying lengths allowing for quick and accurate rips and cross-cuts. As Uhler points out, instead of bringing the work to the saw, now he brings the saw to the work. The saw is also available in a corded version.
