An Administrative Law Judge with the United States International Trade Commission (USITC) recently ruled that Bosch’s REAXX flesh-sensing table saw violates two SawStop patents. While the ruling is seen as a victory for SawStop, Bosch plans to ask the USITC to review the case and reverse the decision. In the meantime, Bosch says in a press release that the ongoing litigation has no effect on distributors’ ability to buy or sell Bosch REAXX table saws, REAXX cartridges, accessories, or service parts.
